One minute of your down time at the office can be very beneficial One example: Desk push ups - Standing shoulder width apart, about 3 feet from your desk, hands on the desk, shoulder width apart, elbows locked, in a plank position - Bend the elbows, lowering yourself to allow yourself to almost touch your chest to the desk - Push yourself back to starting position - Do this 10-15 or even 20 times. - Do it 3 or 4 times a day You'll be sore and you'll be strengthening your entire upper body.
